It is a tiny village located in the plain of Eggares, built next to a stream with its really few but picturesque houses. There are olive and fruit trees all over while in the central square you will meet a perennial oak offering the necessary shade during the summer. It is worth visiting the byzantine church of Agios Isidoros as well as the church of Agios Vasilios located into the settlement.
Unfortunately, the last few years it has no residents but recently foreign visitors who appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the place have started buying and restoring the village’s houses, showing respect to the tradition, in order to use them as a holiday residence.
